Working for RHR as an Account Executive.
The day starts with an early interview with a candidate who needs to get back to work. I then write up my notes before attending a familiarisation day with our head office team’s biggest client at their buying offices in central London, to learn more about the brand, the type of people that they are looking for etc. This takes up most of my morning, and afterwards I am off for lunch with another of my clients. Strong working relationships with all RHR clients is integral to the success of the business.
This afternoon I have another candidate interview. We try to have at least two if not more interviews a day. Now on to briefing three candidates on their client interviews and assessment centers tomorrow and check their SWOT analyses are on the right track. I have a monthly activity review with the Group Manager – it’s key that we all know where we are at with our candidates and clients. I have some smaller accounts that I manage personally and so I need to brief my Manager on activity and how quickly I am going to fill the client’s vacancies.
Then it’s time to carry out some headhunting calls to try to find the best candidates for those vacancies!
